Providing a Path to Citizenship
Setting the Standards in Immigration Law
An Immigration Law Firm You Can Count On
Attorney Brian López
Brian was born and grew up in Stockton, CA before moving to the Sacramento area to attend the University of California, Davis and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He has a passion for assisting families with their immigration issues because he is aware of the difficulties many encounter due to his own family’s history of immigrating to the US from Mexico.
Legal Experience
Brian has practiced exclusively in the area of immigration law since becoming an attorney in 2013. Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian worked with organizations such as legal non-profit organizations, foreign consulates, and immigration law firms to pursue his passion for providing support to individuals with their immigration issues. Since becoming an attorney, Brian has had a nearly perfect case resolution record which has translated into legal status for clients even in the most difficult of cases and many times when other attorneys have failed.
Because giving back to the community is very important to Brian, he volunteers often, including organizing immigration legal assistance events with local non-profit organizations, supervising attorneys and law students at immigration workshops, providing Know Your Rights presentations to members of the community and service providers, offering free legal consultations at universities, schools and churches, among other activities. Due to his expertise, Brian is frequently invited to offer guidance and information about current legal developments related to immigration law via radio and television interviews, as well as presenting at seminars, conferences, and other events.
